Information is limited to staff who handle requests and is kept only for as long as necessary to follow up.
Your data rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or object to the processing of your data by writing to the email address at the end of this notice, from the same address you used to send your request. We will reply with the steps to follow.
How to withdraw your consent
You may withdraw the authorisation you gave when submitting the form at any time. Write to the email address at the end of this notice and we will stop using your data for commercial follow-up.
Third parties involved
Form submissions are sent by email through the mail provider contracted by Torre Puerto, which processes them for delivery. The fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page sends no data to third parties. The About page may display a Google Maps map: that map is not loaded until you explicitly ask for it, and when you do, Google receives your IP address. We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.
Cookies we use
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a cookie named tp_lang, lasting one year, to remember whether you prefer the site in Spanish or English; and a temporary session cookie, deleted when you close your browser, needed to protect the contact form against automated submissions.

If we change this notice we will publish the updated version on this same page and update the date shown below.
